ERAI is a commerical association who is indulged in following illegal activities which includes racism, bias and unfair trade practices.

1) Linking counterfeits , supporting counterfeit parts from China which include military parts.

This company support , advertise, promote illegal counterfeit trade by taking 900 $ annual fee from the member. ERAI is major channel for routing global counterfeit traffic

2) While protecting their members, ERAI penetrates fear in rest of business community by illegally threatening them, offering illegal support to their members , eg if their members who to do unfair trade pratices- say for not paying bills etc) , or their buyer member wish to manipulate merchandise, replace with inferior quality and seeking refund etc.

3) ERAI runs their own proxy companies. On the name of arbitration it steals all the business information to help their associates.

Eg. If their member need to buy something, they might place a trial order, then it will be willfully disputed, ERAI comes in picture, pretend to arbitrate and take all the business secrets from supplier about their source of buying and help their member.

4) threatening people with law suits and threatening with their weekly broadcast who do not abide by their dictator ship.

ERAI is seven years old, which is headed by Ms. Kristal Snider and her husband Mark Snider who has zero knowledge of electronic hitech industry. These people often try to take 100 times projected picture of the supplied parts and try to depict those as reject after collecting all trade secrets while doing arbitration. They allegedly steal the order and help their associates.

ERAI has no means of defining a merchandise as reject, as they are technically unqualified has no knowledge of electronic parts. they have never heard of oscilloscope, Ic Tester, wave form generators, volt meters, etc. All that they do arbitration with a amateur camera and microscope projecting any picture 100 times which would show any object rough. ( Even a new born baby's skin if picturised with X50 projection it might look like 80 year old lady's skin.

Beyond that ERAI possess no knowledge as how basic electronic circuit work or what are variable aspects which effects its functionality.

5) Many company who are their members are given protection who produce counterfeits.

6) ERAI has around 140 members in China out of which most of them are illegal counterfeiters who are helped to market their garbage in rest of world.

ERAI is an illegal trade or commercial association who try to act as police of this industry and try to dictate brokers how to work and how to do business, in the style they wish .

ERAI and their networked group often meet in bar pubs and try to frame rules as per their choice.
