I received a phone call finally from the manager at this location. He stated that he might have gotten the wrong address where to send my refund so i gave it to him again and he read it back to me. he said he sent out a refund to me 3 weeks ago. I said to him if he did and the address was wrong it would have either come to me corrected or would have been sent back to him. I am no fool on the postal service. I am expecting a refund in the mail from him this week. if i have not gotten one from him either way i will update this report and then i will report back to the BBB and the corporation its self.

I've read over your post a couple of times and have yet to figure out how much they overcharged you.

still to this date there has been nothing done to correct this problem I had when I was wrongfully charged for items i did not buy. The president of this company seems to have no control over people who own a Krispy Kreme franchise. Thankyou and keep on reading as I will continue to post all the latest updates on this matter until it has been rectified.

Well I got a phone call from Fialisa Pickard of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation on February 10 which was Tuesday stating that the reason that she did not call me back on monday was due to her having jury duty. She seems to have jury duty quite a bit since this has happen to me on November 29, 2008 and if i dont call I get no calls from them. Now dont you think that this company would have some sort of control over this store not taking care of a customer matter. I know if i were the president of this company and a person, wether they owned a franchise or not would have thier operating license taken suspended if they did not take care of this matter. Joe who runs this store is giving the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation a bad image to the consumers. He is a bad image none the less, a no good manager/owner whatever you want to call it. He has done nothing so far in taking care of this matter so the customers think that he is going to close his doors so he does not care about working for this company So far this situation has gotten over 30,000 hits on this site counter of people reading this report. Thankyou.

I have gotten no refund in the mail. They are all liars thru their teeth, others are having problems as well I see. Looks like the company will be going under, stocks worth $1.32 from the Stock Exchange, pityful! Go to Dunkin Donuts, Its worth the trip!
