I, too received this report thinking I was getting a supplement. I sent a brief letter to the Koszinski Group asking for a refund and received a $29 refund check in 6 days. The correct address is (there is some confusion here if it's 521 or 512): The Koszinski Group 521 Fifth Ave., Ste 1700 New York, NY 10175-1799 My letter was simple: Dear Sirs: On July 29, 2003, I sent you a check for $30.40 to purchase Total Potency. I received the product August 11, 2003. I wish to return this product for a full refund of my money. I understand I have a 60-day money back guarantee and I am returning it within the allotted time. Please send refund to: And here I gave my address. That's it.

A Google search on August 17, 2003, shows a phone number for a company named "Koszinski Group, Inc." doing a mail order business in Londonderry, VT. The phone number is 802-362-4304 and the contact's name is Lee Amato. This is the website for the Londonderry Area Chamber of Commerce. I make no claims as to the accuracy or timeliness of this information or that this company is the same as or related to the one mentioned in the Rip-Off reports.
