Knighst Inn Bed bug infested,roaches, burns in sheets,no refund San Bernardino, California
On 4/11/2013 My boyfriend and I stayed at the knights inn approximately around 6 or seven in room (221)i spotted a bed bug in between the sheets as soon as that happened I called the front desk a lady answered her name is lynn from which she told me she gave me and my boyfriend another room (108) everything was fine up until 2 am when i got up to use the restroom and spotted a huge and healthy roach that was on the tile right by the bathroom I immediately called the front desk again and lynn told me to get in contact with the manager (adino) which would arrive at 7 am that same day so I did exactly that and stayed up the whole night.
at 7 i got in contact with him and he told me he would come by the room and he did, he said he needed to physically see the roach but in my opinion I experienced all the infestation at night time and he did nothing i asked for my refund and he denied me the hotel is filthy and needs to be permanently shut down for good. I wish i would have looked at the reviews for this hotel before going there this was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at in my life I told the manager (adino) I didnt get any sleep and he didnt care we checked out 4/12/2013 around 7:20
