Klemmer and Associates in Durango, Colorado and Petaluma, CA touts itself as a personal development and a leadership training company. It is neither when the leadership cannot live up to its own seminars, nor practice what it preaches. The seminars are overpriced relative to equivalent seminars from top compaies such as Landmark Forum or Tony Robbins which offer better value, for less than half the price package. Klemmer seminars are a RIPOFF at these price levels. The founder Brian Klemmer claims commitment, personal responsibility, contribution, focus, honesty, honor, trust, abundance, boldness, and knowledge are ten codes of a compassionate samurai and his company. Let us first start with HONESTY on this post. D.Scott Pullan, a facilitator for Klemmer and associates has inaccurate information on his LINKEDIN resume and profile. This is not honest and he has been informed and not corrected for weeks now. Klemmer's direct sellers results are in disupute that Klemmer were able to enroll thousands of top earning USANA reps making over $3K a month, and that they were able to perform on average 15% better without the benchmark of a control group. Data presented by Klemmer and Associates is neither credible nor statistically relevant, have been told as much, and have done nothing to correct such promotional material, and continues to display such faulty material on its website, www.klemmer.com Klemmer and associates have repeatedly failed to prove that the compassionate samurai traits lead to anything other than a fictitious category of "enlightened beings". It consistenly promotes such traits while not following such practices and is a solution looking for a problem that does not exist.

This is a SCAM. We find plenty of evidence that wealthy and successful people are also compassionate and active in philanthropy. Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Sergiy Brin - none of whom have taken Klemmer Seminars. This is a marketing ploy, and a scam for recruitment. Klemmer and Associates furthermore, has not proved that its own leadership practices of these traits, and that these traits or lack of , are contributing to its business results, or remotely even a factor of. There is no promise offered or deliverd by following these traits. the Traits are a SCAM to promote a book that is full of internal Author discrepancies from Brian Klemmer himself.  Here are a few tips that may help you in choosing a personal development seminar company, you will be investing some hard or easily earned money into these classes, so choose wisely regardless : Pick a company that can Transform Promises into Production ( relevant results ) - interview past graduates and students - what results did they accomplish? What specifically did they learn that they translated into real life? What qualities and accomplishments does the leadership of the company have? Example : Tony Robbins - whatever you may say about his methods, this guy accomplished a LOT. Contrast that with the seminar leadership with who you may want to consider: - e.g. a LGAT type PSI Seminars or Klemmer and Associates. Verify the production numbers - is it like Klemmer and Associates Direct Seller's Results as offered on their website? IF so how credible are these results ? Klemmer and Associates results as posted are highly questionable with lack of benchmark group, with high levels of income for incoming students, and a 15% return on production ( If even true ), barely pays for the seminar. What specifically in the class did they learn that led to the small uptick in performance? What is the quality of the seminars ? Are they readily available elsewhere for lower prices with significantly greater impact? Is there " a doctrine" that the seminar company promotes? Klemmer and Associates training came from a long line of LGATs dating back to Mind Dynamics - how has the seminar content evolved? Choose price if the material is a "me too" like Klemmer and Asscoiates. Why are Klemmer and Associates Training overpriced relative to equivalent seminars? How credible is the leadership of the company? Are they actively involved in improving quality and relevance or are they repeating the past? How has the seminar material kept up with the times? There is a lot of information , scientific evidence today on what does and does not work in personal development vs 20-30 years ago. The CEO of Klemmer and Associates, Ms.Klemmer has ZERO experience in the industry other than being married to the founder. The President of Klemmer and Associates, Ms.Zink from Durgano, CO has not being able to demonstrate that the seminar material they tout has even helped their own Klemmer and Associates Training - the business is shrinking vs growing relative to the past! What is the quality of the students - would you consider them your peers or otherwise? No different than picking a school for your children, are you moving up in the learning environment or moving down in quality of who you want to associate with? Is Klemmer and Associates a "trust fund" company in a holding pattern till the heirs are mature and experienced enough to take over? What is the life experience and life accomplishments of the seminar leaders and facilitators? Stay away from "seminar junkies" that have no outside life where they can apply what they learn to keep themselves challenged, fresh, and in tune with how the material is applied. Mr. Pullan's resume is in doubt on linkedin - why do facilitators need to claim experience they do not have?
