Are you a trucker looking for a job? Mike Kittridge is looking for you, heed my warning HIDE NOW!!
OH, all you have to do to work for him is go in and do your drug test. He won't even wait for the results before he sends you down the road.
He'll pay you between .23 and .26 per mile. He'll pretend to be your "good buddy" to your face but the minute your back is turned, he's got the knife ready.
The fuel cards will work every other week. The weeks that they don't work, he'll tell you that you are "using too much fuel" (NOTE: he seems to think those big trucks run on AIR) and he'll tell you to call the broker for an advance. Rest assured, he will conveniently forget to reimburse you for that too.
Payday is Monday, so go get your check on Tuesday.... although it still will not be ready and there is a 75% chance that it will be wrong.
Oh, did I mention that he'll be more than happy to sell you a truck? All you have to do is sign at paper saying that you agree to pay $10,000 per month BUT if you work exclusively for him, the $10,000 part will be waived and he will take the payments directly out of your check and you will still get the same money that you were making as a company driver. What a deal huh?
Don't worry about logs, he doesn't want them. You can run a new logbook every week and never turn in logs to him. AGAIN...what a deal!!
When you quit working for him keep in mind that the money he owes you will not get to you. You can call him and tell him you are picking it up and he'll tell you to F off and that if you come on his property, he'll "call the cops and you will go to jail"
If you want to sue him, well...which company should you sue, he changes names to avoid paying all his judgements off. He just got sued for $10,000 and lost. Now there are going to be 2 more lawsuits within the next month.
Bottom line...this guys is a crook and he wants you to make him money. If you want the money you earned, you will have to fight him for it.

He owes us and another driver wages and is refusing to pay. I want revenge. We will be paid, one way or another. That I can promise!
