Ive had a similar problem to another person who posted here.

my girlfriend also made an account, she was very good I played on her account so often and enjoyed it alot.

It got to the point where I was actually better than her so decided to make my own account.

I made roughly 70 before my account got suspended for the magical multiple account rule.

This rule is a complete load of crap, just a petty excuse for them to steal money (Multiple accounts "same person" having more than 1 account) either ammend the rule to say no more than 1 person per household can own an account or dont blatently steal peoples money, and not even reply to there email or explain there reasoning which is what they do.

I sent an email explaining the situation and to my satisfaction they reply'd and said no problem just use another payment method next time "account unbanned" for unlimited play.

(I still have the email if anyone wants to see it *in swedish* but I can translate it.)

I continue to playing for another 2 and a half months getting really good at a game called magic spinball I was placing top5 in almost every tournament I played.

It came to a point where my account had roughly... 500 yes.. 500

The next day I log in to see my account is suspended, yes my account not my wifes account with the pathetic 50, my account.

I sent an email asking them to remove this block as Ive already explained the situation over 2 months ago.

I get the automated reply that alot of people here have had...

"Were really busy you're email has been sent to another department etc etc"

In other words "Say goodbye to your money as it is now frozen and we have stolen it."

Bunch of no good thieves, if they had any sort of telephone number Id ring and express my outrage but as with most thieves they dont.

King.com ARE AN AWFULL RIPOFF COMPANY never again will I trust them.

If you would like any proof of any of the above then I will happily snapshot my saved emails of the whole ordeal.
