King Motor Hyundai - King Motor Center ripoff, scam Deerfield Beach Florida
My Name is Adriana. I purchased a car from King Motors Deerfield in March 5 ,2004. I made a trade for my 2000 Hyundai Elantra for a 2004 Elantra. The 2000 Elantra was financed. So King would pay the balance of my 2000 and roll the balance into my 2004 car. So I signed over the 2000 to King Motors.
All the paper work was complete and the new 2004 Elantra is mine now. They told me not to worry or bother speaking with my old finance company, they would take care of every thing. King ran my credit and told me they would find a lender. My credit was not great but they said not to worry. They said the car is mine now. and the old one was theirs. However, over 3 weeks went by and I received a phone call from the dealer. The salesman who sold the car to me said that they are having a problem finding a bank to finance me unless I can get someone to co-sign the car with me. He said it is not your credit that is the problem, we just need more income. So my boy friend agreed to co-sign.
The next day he called me back and said, oh that won't work we need better credit than him, it's not really the income it's the credit.
Another week went by and he called again and said I have to bring the car back, because they couldn't find a bank to finance me at all. Then I received a call from my old finance company, informing me that my old car was sent out for repossession and put on my credit report. They told me everything would be taken care of, but now I am in deep trouble. They want me to take my new car back and I don't know what I am going to do about my old car. I am behind in my car payments that should have been paid off by King Motors. Instead it is going to be repossessed.
What do I do??? Help!! Please help me, I do not have much time left.
