Kinetic Air Services Lee Senseman Did Everything that an AC Company Should NOT DO Sarasota Florida
A one start review is way too generous. Here are a few reasons:
- Initial install of new AC system was delayed. After the installation, I find out it was delayed since he took my money to fund another job and so he could not afford to purchase the my hardware.
- Had maintenance contracts which included preventative maintenance. Company would never show up to perform the agreed upon service that was paid for. They would only show up after the AC required emergency repairs. Spent so much time and effort trying to get this company to perform services that they were paid for. We would not have had emergency repairs if they just did what they said they would do and paid for in advance.
- Installed air handler pitched to inside the house instead of level. As a result, during high AC usage, water would build up and flow into the house in summer times. Lee Senseman said that the air handler does not need to be level and that water would flow properly whether it is level or not. If one actually read installation manuals, they all say to install level or there may be water issues which was our case. New AC contractor spotted the issue right away and reinstalled the air handler nice and level. Guess what, the water issue problem went away immediately and he refuses to reimburse me for his defective installation.
- Then Lee Senseman will sell you other items that he assures will fix the issue, but does not. Refer to item 3.
