Kims Florist I ordered a ceramic penguin with a tree and flowers on the tree with a string of lights called "send a hug penguin" and they delivered to my brother and his wife a bunch of greenery and a about five white flowers (I paid and additional $10 for extra flowers) and it didnt look like a tree and there was no penquin or lights. It was horrible looking. Antioch California

I ordered on line from a florist shop in Antioch, Ca. I ordered a ceramic Christmas penguin with a green tree and white flowers with a string of lights around with red ribbon for my brother and his wife. I paid extra $10 for extra flowers and overall cost was over $76.00.
When the arrangement arrived to their home, they sent me a picture of a toppled appearing piece with greenery that was unkempt and maybe five white flowers and not even a red bow...it looked like something my 7 year old grandson would make in first grade. No sophistication and very ugly...I was heartbroken. I called the number they have on the site and left two voice messages, I e-mailed them twice and no one got back to me. So I am out $76.00. I want to sue whoever is doing this because it is not right.
