An investigation into Kim Ketterman of Ketterman College Funding found this operation to be unethical in their business dealings. Kim Ketterman disguises herself as a college planning specialist by first luring in her victims under the auspice that her and her company will help individuals find ways to receive financial aid for prospective college students wanting to attend a University or trade school. Ketterman College Fund will charge prospective victims around $2000 to help fill out completely free and available FAFSA and CSS assistance forms that are available online. Several groups and agencies provide this assistance for people in their own back yard 100% FREE! It is found that this is just the begging of her ploy. Commercial Financial Aid Advice Services is a top rated scam and one of the fastest growing crimes that target college students and their families.
Kim Ketterman suggests to individuals that she is trying to “design” a plan for a parent(s) child or children using many resources available and at her disposal. Our investigation shows this to be false. There is only ever one college funding strategy for anyone that comes into Kim’s office. To sell them life insurance. Life insurance is the answer to everything. Kim Ketterman is insurance licensed making incredible amounts of commissions as an agent from insurance companies placing people into cash value life insurance products. Ketterman does so without disclosing to her clients this fact and in turn creates a conflict of interest that violates The Fair Business Practices Act. With further research it was found that she is a top producer for a major insurance carrier and has become so by fraudulently deceiving many victims falling prey to this scheme. Ketterman is not advising clients of any other way to fund a college plan except for using insurance plans and selling consumers a policy. To her everything is about insurance commissions and money.
You will see in her and her organizations reviews online, Kim Ketterman has many complaints of a bait and switch and conflict of interest with lack of disclosure.
