In response to Kevin Marshall - KMM Enterprises - KMM Coins and Currency 's rebuttal let me post some links and pictures to show that Kevin Marshall is still using many stolen images from our website. I will post links to SCREEN SHOTS (made today) of Kevin Marshall's website: 1. Original source and scanned by: http://www.banknotes.com/GR118.JPG Used by Kevin Marshall: http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/9561/kmmcoins2.jpg 2. Original source and scanned by: http://www.banknotes.com/BR211.JPG Used by Kevin Marshall: http://img387.imageshack.us/img387/6808/kmmcoins3.jpg 3. Original source and scanned by: http://www.banknotes.com/BG83.JPG Used by Kevin Marshall: http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/4397/kmmcoins4.jpg These are just 3 out of many examples still on Kevin Marshall - KMM Enterprises - KMM Coins and Currency 's website. Kevin Marshall's response to us was different than his post here. He noted that he is entitled to our images since it is as he said is a public property. He never told us he will remove them from his site. Instead he ignored our further correspondence and continues using many of our images. As we mentioned before, we welcome everyone and we are not here to compete pricewise. Instead, we are happy that there are dealers who sell for a bargain, because many colectors can afford those notes that way. Yet theft of individual intellectual property is immoral, impudent and is punishable by law. The pricing of Kevin Marshall's business alone had no influence to our decision to post about this violation in public. There will always be those looking for a bargain, who will buy goods no matter who is selling them. It's just a matter of respect for intellectual property laws and self-respect. And as far as I know USA and many other countries are known for it's respect to intellectual laws.

Monument Beach,#5REBUTTAL Owner of company
Tue, March 10, 2009
We were contacted by John and I as the owner of the company terminated the employee who posted the images it took some time but all images were removed and replaced with our own images. I understand John's frustration and did act in a timely manner although it seems it was not fast enough for John. We are a honest company that has over 3500 positive feedbacks on ebay and we over a great product at discounted prices. For John to think we intentionally used his images is totally false and I would suspect he is not happy due to the fact our pricing is significantly lower than his. You as the consumer can make your own judgement in this matter and consider my response as an end to this mistake on our part. The buck stops at my desk as the owner and I did take drastic measures in terminating the employment of the person responsible for this mistake Thank you for reading and please consider us in your future collecting purchases Sincerely Kevin Marshall President/CEO Kmm Coins and Currency
