Kevin Kaesberg is my brother, and I will never refer anyone I care about to his shop, Titan Diesel Sports. When I was renting a room 14 years ago in his home for $450/mo, my fuel pump went out on my 2000 Chevrolet S10 Xtreme. Instead of offering assistance, I was given an ultimatum: sign over my vehicle or live in it. I only had enough for rent that month or a $350 fuel pump (Kevin didn't offer to help repair the vehicle, despite now owning Titan Diesel Sports).
My uncle had helped me finish paying the loan to pay less on insurance, because I was 20, in a new city, and job hunting for something decent. Long story short, Kevin Kaesberg pressured me into signing over my vehicle, which he then sold for half what it was worth. Within 6 months, I was moved out and had to finance a new vehicle, because of my new management position.
With the costs involved in financing a new vehicle, Kevin Kaesberg ultimately cost me tens of thousands of dollars. He literally stole candy from his baby brother. It was enough of an experience that I am making this report, 14 years later.
If I knew law as I do, today, I'd have sued him to high heaven. Instead, all I can do is show everything I can about him.
