Keoni Won't refund money
I had purchased some CBD oil through Keoni CBD. After I did that, I realized that that wasn't what I wanted. I email the company, and they emailed back saying that there would be re-stocking fee of about $8.25. When the package around, I didn't even open it, went to the site, and I got paperwork printed that had the return address, everything very well wrapped up and went to the local UPS store.
It was $5.97 that I paid to ship it back on April 27, 2021. Now they won't refund ANY of what I paid, because Discover put a hold on this payment - initially I paid $181.90 on April 5, 2021. through my Discover Card.
