Complaint Review: Kendall Toyota -

This is the letter to the person. In charge. The sales person is Jose Almonte  sold a car with damage frame and don't want to asume responsibility I have a year with this already Hello Ryan Once again I would like to thank you for contacting me. I have attach Copy of bank statements to prove payments done to Mercedes of coral Gable , auto zone, and my Amtrak tickets i purchase to take my car to New York . the reason I had to take my car out there was to save some money since the mechanics here in Miami was trying to charge me over $9000.00 dollars to fix my car. Since this vehicle have air suspension they try to tell me they had to check all the air line and replace all 4 shocks. etc. I was going crazy and even end up in depression after spending so much money for a car and a monthly payment so high i have all these problems. When I purchase the car I told Mr. Almonte please make sure everything is ok with the car i don't want any problem. Mr. Almonte and the sales person told me here is this inventory sheet anything you find wrong with the car write it down and it will get fix. this car is in good condition. So here I am with my car happy and driving away with my family. next day am inspecting my car and find a couple of issues . 1.rear ac blowing hot air, 2, all wheels in bad condition, 3. all 4 rooters and brakes real in bad condition. 5, the car was going up and down in front (front shock mess up) 6. Battery and last the car need alignment . I was already nervous about this car but since he promise to fix it I trusted his words . When i took the car and gave the list he send me to Eliot at west Kendall Toyota. When I arrive at Eliot and gave Eliot the list then Eliot proceed and called Jose to get the approval on the list and Jose told him to put only 2 front wheel. When Eliot told me this I ended up driving back to Kendall Toyota to speak to Jose face to face and told him that am not here to play games and to tell me what he was going to do. he called Eliot and told him in front of to proceed with the list. Mr Ryan, i was so happy at first that I even gave a recommendation letter to Mr. Eliot from west Kendall Toyota for the "service" he provided. Guess what 2 months later the break lights comes up on the dash i said to myself this can't be happening this was change. and is when I realize not everything on my list was done. I try to contact Eliot , never called me back. I had contact Jose "sales person" he told me he can't help he doesn't work there any more. Now am already feeling jerked and robbed. so my last resource is Mr. Jose Almonte where I text him with pictures of the rooters and breaks and never reply. I did a deeper inspection on the car and ran in to the surprise that the car was involved in accident it was hit in the front. The list of disappointment goes on and on. it have been a stress full and depressing couple of months. Below is the list of the repairs I have done. Work done in Miami 1. Breaks front and back $275 + $80 labor 2. Left front air shock. $1048.98 +$100 labor 3. Spare key (Almonte promise to get it never did) $605.00. 4.Battery - $237.31 Auto train round trip. - $ $898.00 Tow service. Lorton VA to Bronx NY - $375.00 Work done in New York 1. Front &a back rooter - $325 2. Right front air shock -$948.00 3.hood shine. $225 4. Labor. $325.00. my total is $5441.00. do you think this is possible in less then 4 months that you purchase a $30k dollars car? I will be waiting for your response thank you and be safe
