Complaint Review: Kellie Nihiser - Nihiser Farms - Paris Kentucky

I have known, bred and conducted business with Kellie for over 20 years.  She is as fair and reputable as you will find on the market.  Kellie has repeatedly bent over backwards for customers and fellow breeders.  For someone to impune her reputation means they either do not know her or they are her competition.  Absolutely ridiculous for these comments to be made.  There are many disreputable people in the horse industry let there be no doubt.  The person making this ripoff report is probably one of them.  I have not spoken to Kellie to know the details of this 'deal' but it is safe to say Kellie does not ripoff clients. 

I wish to express my feelings about this.... I have bred several mares to Kellie Nihiser's stallions and will contiue.  I have a paper trail of this so called disgruntalled mare owner where she/he has changed the ad various times stating false accusations.  The person writing this report is a farse, the so called mare "Conclusives A Doll" does not even exist.  This is a person that is just upset that they cant have their breeders certificate because they HAVE NOT paid their bill.  There is no LOUD 2009 colt by All Star Kid and out of a mare named Conclusives A Doll!  This mare DOES NOT exist.  This person needs to call a legitimate vet and price this stuff, it is costly! Kellie pays her bills and does not hold breeders certificates.  I had four foals by All Star Kid this year and had all my breeders certificates early.  WHY...... cause I PAID MY BILL!!!!  the only con artist is the person who filed this report. 

Sorry to disappoint you but I only had ONE mare with Kellie Nihiser. I can see where you would be confused because Kellie has been a crook to SEVERAL mare owners, she probably cant remember them all. The horse industry knows that it is a common thing for her to inflate bills on a person. I just want other mare owners to be warned BEFORE they breed to a stallion that she offers because she is not a honest person and there are several horse people that she has taken advantage of. BEWARE OF KELLIE NIHISER! She has a couple friends that will post for her but I suggest that as a mare owner check with APHA on how many mares are on a stallion report then how many foals are registered as a result of that stallion report. ALSO EMAIL MARE OWNERS ON STALLION REPORTS!!!! YOU WILL FIND SEVERAL THAT KELLIE NIHISER HAS RIPPED OFF!!! KELLIE NIHISER LIKES TO HIDE FROM YOU WHEN SHE OWES YOU MONEY TOO - ASK THE FARMERS IN PARIS ABOUT HER NSF CHECKS! I LIVE 30 MINUTES FROM HER AND SINCE THIS DEALING WITH HER I HAVE HAD OTHERS TELL ME ABOUT HOW SHE TOOK THEM TO THE CLEANERS TOO.

I have been a customer of Kellie Nihiser @ Nihiser Farms in Paris Kentucky for many years. I was a customer when she lived in Illinois and I stayed with her when she moved to Kentucky. I have bred my mares to her stallion All Star Kid many times year after year and I have also bred my mares to other stallions that she stands there. I have never had anything but GOOD customer service, accurate billings and always had my breeders certificates mailed to me LONGGGG BEFORE any foals were on the ground the reason is because I pay my bills! The author of this pathetic report slandering Nihiser Farms had 2 mares there, not one, and  racked up a bill for a mare that was dirty had to be cultured, flushed etc. etc. and then did NOT pay her bill before she picked up the mares. Nihiser farms has a signed contract stating that this person was to make regular payments for the balance due and she has never made any payments since the signing of that contract THAT is why she is not getting a breeders certificate, and no apha did not give her registration papers as she has stated in these reports, just another lie  I wont print her name but we all know who you are and you have gone a long way towards ruining your own reputation rather than Kellies.
