Kauffman Tire in Loganville, GA Kauffman Tire Atlanta Just Wrong Loganville, Georgia
I brought my car into the Kauffman Tire in Loganville, GA to have the oil changed. After having the oil changed, they told me that I needed new break pads and that my air conditioner was about to go out. They told me not to drive it off the parking lot with "those pads". Little did they know, that I had the break pads done at A Kauffman Tire in Atlanta, less than two weeks before going to get my oil changed. I also had an overall inspection and was told that the AC was fine. So I was not sure where the problem lied. Was the Kauffman Tire in Loganville lying to me, or did the Kauffman Tire in Atlanta not do what they charged me for a few weeks ago? So I went to two other mechanics in town, that told and showed me that the break pads were brand new and perfectly fine, as well as the AC being fine. So it turned out the Kauffman Tire in Loganville, GA was lying to me and my car was fine. I hate to have to write this, but this is exactly the type of company that people should be protected from. I know times are tuff, but no company should ever stoop to doing this. It's a classic case of putting your foot in your mouth and the swallowing. I have lived in Loganville my whole life and hate to see a company like this in town. You should always use caution and get second opinions when having auto work done, but especially from this Kauffman Tire in Loganville, GA.
