The 75,000 innocent victims and oh my god its all being done legally. This gets better Henley homes Group, Kamran Mahmood, Minc Property Enterprises, Tariq Usmani, Kahsif Usmani, and Shafiq Malik.
Helix towers henley homes and their criminal partners Kamran Mahmood plan on building a 350 Million two tower scheme in Trafalgar way E14, the former Mc Donalds site, with all of other peoples money in this case using 100% of investors money. his is right using 75,000 investors cash who will be introduced to them through Bridge Point Ventures. All the money form the investors not a penny form them.
The towers are two 35 storey towers and here's the links:

The investors who are being introduced genuinely will end up being the victims of these criminals and scam artists. In this case apparently not even a penny will be put in by Henley and Kamran. Despite all the various publicity and claims and the fact that Kamran is involved with Henley and both Kamran and Henley have a track record of ill repute and conning investors they feel it is appropriate to give then access to their investor database.
I have done some thorough due diligence and this is what i found out:
Dev elopement Negotiator at Savil's quoted:
"The Helix will be a great Inward investment of the Best Part of a quarter of a Billion Pounds into the Isle of Dogs."
Henley and Kamran are up to it again and this is the big one. Can you imagine the opportunities to run away with all the investors money, and make a huge profit in the process and its all legally done. Because its legal. I think Bridge point ventures should appropriately rename itself as Idiot Point ventures as they don't seem to realise kamran mahmood and Henley's risk.
And knowing all this as well as the advance warning they chose to go into this,. This will produce a potential of 75,000 victims but worse off. Bridge point ventures you have been given enough notice. Please this is the worse case of incompetence i have seen. And Henley and Kamran are the most charming and elaborate con man ever but bridge point i expected more due diligence from yourself.

HIGH COURT ORDER WITH A PENAL NOTICE

On behalf of HENLEY HOMES, BRIDGEPOINT VENTURES, IPIN GLOBAL and their respective CEOs and Managing Partners
The above individuals and companies have been subjected to a defamatory campaign of harassment and intimidation by two recently identified individuals. Totally false and baseless allegations were made and published on the web.
THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE ENTIRELY UNTRUE.
On Friday 6 July 2012, lawyers acting on behalf of the aforementioned individuals and companies successfully obtained a HIGH COURT ORDER granted by Mr Justice Tugendhat. This Order prevents the named individuals from HARASSING and publishing DEFAMATORY articles and comments on the web or any other medium.
A civil claim against the individuals has also been issued for substantial damages under claim number HQ12D02724 in the High Court and the matter has been referred to the Metropolitan Police for investigation as this constitutes a criminal campaign of harassment.
Henley Homes, BridgePoint Ventures and IPIN Global will ALWAYS robustly challenge any attack on their reputations.
Counsel for the Claimants were Hugh Tomlinson QC and Sara Mansoori of Matrix Chambers who were instructed by Farooq Bajwa & Co Solicitors, 45 Charles Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5EH.
