This is stright of their website;

Here at JLLC we strive to help those looking to get out of their current lease or loan no matter what the circumstances are.

We all know things change, maybe you bought a coupe and now have a baby on the way.   Maybe you bought a sedan and now  need a truck for a new job. Or the worst-case scenario, you  lost your job and can't afford the payments anymore and owe too much to sell it.

We know how hard it is to try to sell a vehicle thats still under a loan or lease agreement. Most of the time you owe more then what your vehicle normally sells for. Then you can't afford to cover the negative balance to sell it so your stuck.

We also know that finance companies are very strict when it comes to transfering your loan over to someone else. They require high credit scores and most of them don't allow a transfer to begin with.

Well we know how to get around that and how to sell the buyer to the bank. We make it so they allow the transfer based off our secure sublease program.

-------------------------------------

For those looking for a nice new car and have been told "NO" over and over again... We tell you "YES" here at JLLC because we don't go off your credit or have a computer making the decision for us.

We choose to approve YOU no matter what your credit is

So i was upside down on my loan and needed to get out of it. I had just put $2500 into it for repairs and turned it over to Patrick at Justus in great working conditiion. I told him that this was to be an "AS IS" sale as they all are, particularly since I just spent so much money and it had high miles. Patrick said yes of course, like any good salesman.

He founnd a buyer for it within 2 weeks, took a hefty deposit on it  and buyer started making payments on it. All the while the car and loan are still in my name as this buyer is building credit.

Fast forward 3 month and almost 10 thousand miles, the car breaks down. Patrick of Justus is asking me to pay for the repairs which I refused since so much time passed and was turned over "as IS'. Patrick then texted me the buyers number, whom I never met or spoke to. He basically withdrew out of the deal and even moved so the buyer or myself couldnt locate him.

The buyer does not want to give me the car since he lost his deposit to Patrick. So here I am with a broken car that I dont know where it is and I still have a loan payment  that Ive been making for the past 3 months. The buyer wont answer texts neither will Patrick.

Thank you Justus, what a SCAM!!!

we don't don't know what your talking about with all these negative reviews?  where?

our reviews are positive on Yelp and on our site so don't know what your talking about there

we did everything we were suppose to do and your vehicle broke down on the buyer due to a poor repair done by YOU and your NON GM Technician so you could save money.

you choose to throw the legal word around so we steped back on the matter and you have yet to do anything legal towards us. so clearly you haven't because you have no legal ground to stand on with this matter or you choose not to pursue the case in which you need to stop bother us about it.

either way we have everything we need from the Chevy dealership and the GM Tech there plus 2 other GM certified Techs backing us on the issues in case we do go to court, which we have no problem doing and have done before and have won.

have a nice day and sorry it didn't work out

All the negative reviews can't be wrong

The claims made by Justus are based on hearsay and lack merit.

The vehicle in question was repaired professionaly at an ASE certified shop.

We have documented video proof that the problem it went in for was repaired and the problem that exists now is different.

Furthermore, TSBs call for this vehicle to use Dexos oil, buyer did his own repairs and oil changes using a different oil.

The issue here is not a technical one but rather a reprehensible way of doing business and a typical breach of contract.

yes we placed your tahoe with a buyer to HELP you transfer it for the full payoff balance which is what we do!

in 3 months the truck broke down due to a previous cheap repair job done by your mechanic.  a certifed chevy tech looked over the vehicle and tore it down and determined YOUR mechanic did the "bandaid" repair job and not the correct one.

the buyer and i both knew you were hoping that the cheap repair your mechanic did would last past the 6 months till it was out of your name so you didn't have to deal with it anymore but that wasn't the case. the SAME exact breakdown happened with the buyer that happened to you due to YOUR cheap repairs.

this is NOT the buyers fault and NOT my fault it's yours for not having it repaired the correct way and this is what happens with you try to cut corners to save money.

the buyer and i are fine and i actually found him another suv to replace yorus. but since your at fault for the issue then your responsible for refunding the buyer whats due not me.  just pay him and pickup the suv and be done with all of this instead of threatening us and trying to blame the buyer for the issue.

have a nice day
