..at first I thought they put a stop payment on it but, it turns out they did not have the funds in the bank the check came back NSF. I did let them know and went through paypal to receive my payment plus all the fees. So far I did receive the payment through paypal. If you have a paypal account I suggest you use it.

The check cleared Thank God. I am done with these people. I do feel sorry for the rest of you that can not get results, don't give up, keep trying. I have a folder full of all the emails they sent me and a copy of the check they sent. Keep documentation of everything so you have proof. Good luck to everyone.

I got my check it came UPS, But the bank I deal with does not have an Atm or debit card so I signed the back and had my daughter sign the back and she deposited in here account on Friday night well its tuesday today and so far the check has not cleared. If this check was bogus you had better watch out because I will go to my city police station and notify the FBI. Oh Don't worry I made a copy of the check it came from Global Web Group same address as just-leather.com.

If we have been wrong or negligent in any way with you please come forward so we can help satisfy you in anyway i can. We do not run a scam. We have been in constct with the owner of this site and he is investigating certain individuals on here that are saying false things that are not the problem. I want to solve your problems. If you cant give me a chance to solve or satisfy your concern than there should not be a complaint made. Every complaint deserves the other site to try to solve the problem. We ship hundreds of jackets to very happy people every week. We are not here to scam anyone. We have went to the extent of refunding the people money and sending free merchandise to them as well. If your concern is legitimate and you are correct than i will sincerely try to solve the issue. If you dont come forward with a last name, order number or phone number than you should not file the complaint. If you doubt my sincerety of trying to solve the problems than please try me. If i fail to try in everyway possible to help you and all the other people on here than you have the right to publish anything needed. If i do solve your problems and try than you should publish good things as well. Like i said we have thousands and thousands of happy customers also. Here is the way to File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Also here is a phone number we should all start calling: Division of Consumer Affairs in NJ 973-504-6200 File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm Don't wait for that check Matthew Sherman owes me money for over 1 year. Make sure to make your voice heard loud and clear. If someone there actually picked up the phone it's amazing I call all the time. Can't wait to talk to someone and brighten up there day. Also they don't have an accounting dept. or a shipping dept. I bet this Mark guy is Matthew Sherman himself. What a great little scam you have going Sherman. What if we all started to e-mail paypal about your scam?? Would that make you cut the checks any faster then 1 year.

Hi Today is Dec 9th, I got a call on my answering machine from mark from just leather.com and he wanted to know if I received my order. I called back and actually got somebody and told him what order I was told on saturday that my refund would be mailed out that day I should have got it on tuesday. He said oh that from are accounting department let me check with them and I will call you back. I thought yeah right. He did call right back and gave me a UPS tracking number for the refund (it should be delievered on Friday. (will see) anyway I asked him if it was a money order or a check and he said it was a check I said Hopefully it won't bounce and did he get mad and start yelling at me. I told him if he was in my shoes he would have said the same thing. Oh by the way they send out hundreds of checks everyday and they don't bounce. (will see). I was also told not to go on this website anymore because it is not a chat room. I am not chatting with anyone I am just updating my complaint. I will update tomarrow.

Not a thing came in the mail or by UPS so I have contacted all the news channels in my area and tomarrow I will contact the New Jersey Attorney General and If anyone knows how to contact the FBI Please email me. I am through playing games. These people need to be stopped.

I went on just-leather.com website to see if the live chat was on and it was so I asked If my refund was sent out yet, of course it took forever for them to answer me, they finally came on and asked if I already received my order and I said no you cashed my money order but it never came and I just want my refund now, never got another answer so I left. That evening I checked my email and there was one from them telling me my order was processed and they gave my a fed ex tracking number which turned out to be a UPS tracking number. I called ups and they said it should be delivered this tuesday Dec 7th, then on saturday I received a call from them and the guy asked me if I want my jacket or a refund and I said I am tired of all the broken promises I just want my refund, He said he would put in saturdays mail and since I live in ohio it should be here on tuesday Dec 7th. So we shall see what comes on tuesday. I will keep you posted.

You'll be waiting for months, as I have! For the past two weeks, I have heard EVERYDAY, either: 1. My jacket, as well as 4 more for my family had ALREADY gone out in the mail. When they didn't arrive, he acted stunned and shocked, and could not figure out for the life of him why "his shipping department" didn't send them out. 2. It will go out tonight 3. It will go out tomorrow 4. I'm in the process of working on it, I just walked over there. I've discovered the only way to get him to respond to my emails is to keep sending him links to this site that show the growing number of complaints against him. Last week when I gave him a deadline, like you, that I would file with the Attorney General, he sent me THE MOST apologetic, groveling email, BEGGING me for more time! Funny because all the others were threats that he would report me to his "legal department" for posting on this site. Bottom line- if you give him a deadline, your just setting yourself up for daily lies. File your reports now and get it over-with. I'm doing mine RIGHT NOW. P.S. Read my rip-off report to see how long I've been going through this! I also saw where his bankruptcy was listed...

Just wanted to update everyone. After I posted on this web-site I emailed Just-leather.com and said I had just got off this web-site and was not suprised as to how many complaints they had. I got 3 e-mails from them (boy was I surprised). First they wanted to know what my issues were and they would try to fix them, Then it was about how they will try to refund my money, and seeing it was the holiday season they had some problems with deliveries as could be expected. Third it was to tell me my check would be in the mail that same day or by the next day, this was on nov 30th. I told them I would give them until Monday Dec 8th If I did not receive it by then I would go through with all my complaints, which were to contact the NJ Attorney General, FBI and my local news station. I will keep you updated as to what happens. I also emailed them back to ask about the orders that where not delivered to the other people who had ordered in april and june and oct. I would like to hear their excuse for this. No email back yet.
