I got a letter from the Dept of Consumer Affairs requesting all my info on Just-Leather.com. I sure hope they can get Matthew Sherman. I hate to see the list of people grow on this site. We just need to fight back!!! Good luck to everyone!!

I sent an email to Just-Leather.com stating that it has now been one month since our conversation and Matt's promise to refund my return shipping for the wrong jacket. It is only $10.66, but I feel I must follow through. I wonder if Just-Leather has only a few jackets that get shipped to everyone and then returned?! It's a thought.

After leaving numerous messages for Just-Leather.com. I got my phone call from Matthew, of course it was on APRIL FOOLS DAY. He stated he wanted to talk to me about the problem with my jacket and to address my slandering him on this web site. I told him that my credit card company was willing to give me credit since I felt I would never see the jacket I had ordered back in Jan 2005. I was tired of his lies and let downs. I said I had already bought another jacket. I also told him I wanted my return shipping "reimbursement" as promised in so many of his emails. He of course him told me he cut a check and send it right away. That was 9 days ago and of course I haven't rec'd the check. He told me to stop making false claims on this web site OR I would suffer a law suit that would be very costly to me. I haven't seen any paperwork either. It's funny how he claims to have 500 customers that are completely satisfied, but so far only ONE person has posted that she rec'd a better jacket than she ordered. Okay he's 33 unsatisfied to 1 satisfied. I still smells fishy to me. Thanks for listening, Trudee

The only attorneys he has is a bankruptcy attorneys, they took care off his chapter 13,it is a scare tactics that he uses from 2002 when he had a site gift-catalogue.com, so just-ignore him.

Just-Leather.com is all pissed off at me for filing my complaints. Boo h*o! I guess his attorney is sending papers. Well, if he can't send a jacket how can the attorney's manage to send papers? He keeps stating he sent the jacket but I haven't seen one, yet.

I have contacted the credit card companyand refund is on it's way. I have filed complaints with the FBI and Office of Consumer Protection in the state of NJ. I sure hope they get Matthew Sherman @ Just-Leather.com

I was sent notice from Just-Leather that my jacket was shipped fedex and would arrive 03-16-05. Well, I just got notice from Fedex that Just-Leather generated a label but has yet to send the jacket for shipping. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!! thank for allowing me to vent. Trudee

I just rec'd notice that the jacket I ordered in Jan 2005, was shipped yesterday and should arrive on March 16, 2005. I'm NOT holding my breath!!! This company SUCKS!!!!
