I ordered a leather jacket from this company because I liked the prices. I was in a hurry to have it for a special occasion and paid an extra 29 dollars to have it shipped over night. It's now been 4 days and I have no jacket. I sent them an email but have gotten no response.

i finally received my money back today,after weeks of emails.i believe mr. matt sherman is counting on people to give up fighting for their money,so dont let him get away with it.keep fighting and pestering him and you will get your refund.

received "a" jacket but low and behold its not the one i ordered!

UPDATE: i finally received "a" jacket but low and behold its not the one i ordered! nor is it the right size! i'm now in the process of trying to return it,but they amazingly did not include a return slip.i WAS offered a total refund and told to keep the jacket, but as of yet, no money.

well,its now been 14 days and i have not received my jacket, nor my refund. i HAVE received numerous e-mails" ordering "me to remove this report.2 have been polite and business like,offering their help to find my jacket,others have been nasty and threatening.they did say they would refund part of my overnite shipping fee which is all i was asking, since i paid extra for that service,but i have yet to see that money. i hope i can come back with a happy ending, i guess its up to them.
