I was first worried when the jacket I ordered from Just-Leather.com arrived, and it looked nothing like the picture on the web. Also, there was no return slip included in the box, so I contacted them to see what info they needed to return it.

I have yet to recieve a responding email or phone call to the messages I have left.

I searched the net and found the complaint against them listed on this site, and now I am afraid to return the jacket because it looks like I might not be refunded. I am still waiting for a response.

Dear Sarah, This guy Sherman is full of crap. He is trying to delay you as much as possible so you can't do a charge back and get your money. He has an awful rep. of lies. You should call your credit card firm today!! Don't wait another second and do what is called a charge back. Tell them how this firm ripped you off and let this Sherman guy deal with the charge back and $25 fee he has to pay each he rips someone off. I have never seen so many people ripped off and nothing being done about. Hello, As far as the complaint above. We had sent the correct jacket the client ordered. It may not have fit her or was not the style she liked once received. We offer a full 30 day money back or exchange policy from the day the item is received in there posession. We have emailed this client numerous times with no response back. We can't help a client if they dont return the merchandise to us or let us know what they want in return. We cant refund anyone there money unless they return the item. Just-Leather Does Not Respond

After seeing the other report on Just-Leather, I am afraind to return the jacket that was sent to me, even though it looks nothing like the one I ordered. I have tried contacting them several times, but they have yet to respond to my emails and phone calls. I just want to make sure I will be refunded before I send the jacket back.
