Just-Leather - Global Web Group - KarateSales ripoff, Triple charged, gave my account number to another company also in NJ that also charges New Jersey Internet
I purchased a Leather jacket on-line and was charged three times for it. I contacted the Just-Leather.com and they confirmed they immediately caught the error and would credit my account. They did not credit my account, it has been six months and several e-mails to them, they don't respond anymore and they also gave my credit card number to an Internet site called KARATESALES.COM who also charged my credit card the same amount as the leather jacket.
I tried calling the number on my credit card statement and it has been temporarily disconnected.
I have also contacted the leather company for a foul odor on the jacket I received and again they have not responded.

File a complaint and do Chargeback ASAP

Call your credit card company ask then to do a chargeback. Just tell them Just-leather.com did not ship your products and triple billed you. I looked up KARATESALES.COM and they are no longer online. I think Mr. Sherman charged your card with another site in the hopes to go out of business and steal your money. But you are protected by VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. Make sure to inform them of exactly what happened and they will refund you the same day. And that both sites have the same owner so they can investigate. Also file a complaint and call: Monmouth County Dept. of Consumer Affairs 50 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 1255 Freehold, NJ 07728 (732) 431-7900 File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ and call: 973-504-6200 File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm This should all help you get resoultion very fast.
