I took my wife's car in for the $99 Brake Special. The Service Adviser called me after looking at the car and tried to sell me $450 worth of repairs on her car. After I told him to cease work on the car, they said they had already started the job. I let them finish installing the brake pads and went to pick the car up. Paid $250.00 for a $99 brake job. Two weeks later the car started to shake when braking. We took the car to my mechanic, who informed me that Just Brakes had not machined the rotors even though the paperwork clearly stated they did. In addition, the pads had been installed incorrectly. Stay away from Just Brakes.

how do you expect a repair facility to honor ANY type of warranty when you neglected to repair the vehicle properly? If I understand correctly, they suggested a rotor ( note the proper spelling ) with your pad replacement and you declined any only wanted new pads, right? Now there is a problem, you STILL need a rotor and you expect THEM to pay for it ?!? Nice logic. Again, I'm speculating all this because of the GIBBERISH that you typed. How in the HELL do you function in society? Do you like, talk like, that as well? No wonder our country's in the condition it's in. Shut up and fix your car and quit blaming someone else.
