Juno is a complete rip-off. They made an agreement with Freewwweb to give them $40.00 for every freewwweb use that signs up with juno. They hook you by claiming you can still have free internet access and your mail can be forwarded from freewwweb. to

your juno account.

I signed up. like a fool. I've been with FREE JUNO for about a month. All of a sudden, I can't login into the isp, but I can login to my email, via a webmail.juno.com page. But no mail has been received for more than a week. When I called about this

issue, I get referred to their 1-900 ($1.95 per minute) tech line for non-paying customers.

They won't tell me what the issue is on their end with my account. It seems that they are either trying to get me to drop the service or sign up for paying service. This seems like

very dirty pool from JUNO. I can't get an answer, unless I pay for it. I asked, if the problem is on JUNO's end of things (and it is), if they will re-imburse me for the phone fees. They

said no, since I agreed to their serivcie policy when I signed up, I have no options.

I totally can agree with paying for the tech service if the error was myself, or if they were no longer offering email forwarding for freewwweb email, but this is ludicrous. I thoroughly believe that this is mis-representation and/or fraud upon JUNO.

This fee for users is not on the sign up page at juno or freewwweb. One must search through the internet news to find

this. I really feel like a fool. I was informing all my email friends my new JUNO address, and now to keep it, I've got to sign up for paying services from JUNO or go through it all

over again.

JUNO SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
