I went to set up my trampoline this year and realized I needed some new parts.  I ordered them for $200+ and was charged right away.  I waited 1 week thinking the items would be here.  I have had no response from the company since the thanks for your order.  Now 1 week later logging in shows unshipped and unbilled.  This is a lie, they took my money.  Walmart online sells these items for $50 less for the order.  I paid too much and it is not even coming.  My poor kids are still waiting to jump on this metal thing with no padding, no net enclosure,  and springs exposed. When picking out your trampoline or replacing it you may want to remember what has been done to me.

They did however put together my order and ship it.  I received it a week a and a couple days after the original order date.  Now I ordered an incorrect item and am at their mercy of hoping for an exchange.  We will see.
