To prevent this nightmare from happening to anyone else ever again, please tell our story to inform the public about the

injustices that in our opinion are taking place in Judge Charles M. Caldwells court in Columbus, Ohio.

The details can be easily verified through official court documents, most of which we have in our possession for your perusal.

According to local attorneys, Judge Caldwell has stopped them from exposing crimes of fraud, obstruction of justice, filing FALSE Affidavits, ALTERED documents, and perjury committed by plaintiffs & their attorneys to obtain right of refusal, lease buyout & judgment against us.

In this manner, Judge Caldwell fixed the outcome of our case such that his supporters benefited, ignoring obvious commissions of perjury, fraud, and other illegal activities. In our case, the plaintiffs lied, submitted false documents, and committed other crimes, all with the judges knowledge, but the judge chose to ignore it.

Judge Caldwell has been known to retain funds placed in the Courts escrow account, rather than return the surplus to the party at the end of the case. Judge Caldwell knew that we are an old couple in poor health and we had no medical insurance. He refused to release any of our money even though he knew I was flat on my back in bed and desperately needed doctors care and

even when my wife collapsed at 341 meeting. We are aged, in poor health, and remain in pain and suffering with no ability

to receive medical care.

Judge Caldwell has deliberately caused our case to "drag on" by stopping us from selling our property a year earlier. Then, after his trustee billed hundreds of thousands of dollars, only then did he sell the property to the SAME buyer who offered to purchase it a year earlier.

In Judge Caldwells courtroom, parties have been threatened with the loss of all they own unless they capitulate to his arbitrary orders. To ensure that a party who is injured by Judge Caldwellas decisions cannot seek justice elsewhere, he demands that the injured party either sign an agreement not to

sue any of his supporters, or suffer complete and total loss of all assets.

Most of the people who have suffered at the hands of Judge Caldwell worked hard to obtain their property, not only for themselves, but also for their children, grandchildren and generations to come.

After all of the claims, no matter how false, were paid. There was a surplus that should have been returned to us. However, Judge Caldwell is still holding that surplus, our personal property & our home hostage thereby depriving us of any means of support, and eliminating our ability to hire an attorney.

As a veteran who sacrificed years of my life to serve my country when called, I had never imagined I would be fighting for my Constitutional right to Due Process in my own country.

I believed in our legal system and trusted judges & attorneys. I presumed all a person is required to do is to tell the truth and supply evidence, which proves plaintiffs committed fraud, perjury and lied to the court and justice will be served. Not true.

We were shocked to discover the depth of corruption in our courts. We have learned that most defendants would prefer to pay a settlement, even if they are blameless, rather than attempt to defend a lawsuit in a potentially corrupt legal system. It is a sad day when an American is better off paying

legal extortion than going to court.

Every one of us must do everything we can to alert the American public that our legal system has been corrupted. We must restore and preserve the integrity of our judicial system. We owe it to our future generations.

There is no greater legacy we can leave our children and grandchildren than a corrupt-free, discrimination-free judicial system where everyone can receive a fair, impartial trial.

Yallum v CitiFinancial Ripped off

Yallum v CitiFinancial Ripped off Believe me; you're not alone when you feel the justice system in this country has let us down. We ended up losing our home to a developer that bought land lock property behind ours in Dallas NC. We made the mistake of confiding in a potential buyer not knowing it was a setup. The developer contacted our mortgage company CitiFinancial, had them refuse the potential buyer, to work out a payment plan, and refuse our payments causing use to go into default. Obviously he paid the CitiFinancial agent under the table to file foreclosure papers. He then escalated litigation and the sheriff sale of the property so we would not have time to sell the home or find a loan to pay Citifinancial off. He bought the properly for less than half the value (Valued at $150.000), demolished the house, and put in a road. Yes we filed complaints in Gaston County Court (Yallum v CitiFinancial) for racketeering and unfair trade practices. The judge just said What seems to be the problem? and closed the evidence book we submitted.
