Jubilee Financial Services ripoff Downey California
Am I ever glad that I found this web site. Jubilee has taken money from over the past 1 - 2 years. They have settled a couple of accounts but were very difficult to work with during the whole process.
Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to discuss our account matters. I settled several of my accounts on my own directly with creditors. In July 2002 I contacted a Leticia Mendez at Jubilee stating that I wanted to discontinue the program since we had our affairs in order.
She stated that she would notate our account and that we should receive our refund of money in escrow shortly. On July 8, 2002 I received a letter from Theresa J. Carroll, Esq of their office stating that a refund would come to me in 4 - 6 weeks. I have yet to receive this refund. Calls to their office ring back as busy.
I have sent numerous fax's and emails to them. Their fax machine will not answer now and all emails are returned as undeliverable. I am in the process of getting my consumer credit report to see if they actually paid the accounts they said they would.
I would love to see these guys pay for their fraudulent activity and get my escrow balance returned. I'm sorry I was apparently stupid in working with them for so long. In the end the good Lord will have his revenge on these people.
