I lost about $4,000. I would like to join class action suite if there is one. I was suckered like everyone else. Stupid in NY

I was a consumer also fooled by Jubilees promises who is presently paying the price for being a bit simple and disregarding the if it seems too good to be true adage. I am presently being sued by the last of my creditors and my once great credit is unlikely to ever recover. In fact, I left Jubilee with higher indebtedness then I began. Is there anyone who knows what recourse the 'ripped off' has? I am a NY resident struggling to recover.

to all those who were violated by Jubilee, I'm still in shock. what now? I've been with Jubilee for over 2 years too. I really had trouble understanding the program in the first place, I've never done anything like this before, frankly, I'm very embarassed to even think of contacting the same people I've been redirecting to jubilee. are there any programs out there that have happy clients? that are reputable? that have the time to do the footwork? I chose Jubilee in the first place because I don't have what it takes to nogotiate finances. nor the time to make the necessary calls and certainly no money for a lawyer. no money! is there a listing of success stories? Please forward a happy ending thank you

Heidi, Hope to get a hold of you. I am also a client with Jubilee Financial. If the FTC has frozen all the accounts, does that mean that they will be able to not take any money out of my checking account for this month, or any more months? I really need to know this on what is going on. You seem to be the source to get the info which helps alot (explains why I kept getting busy signals for over a week with this stupid company). Let me know on what to do to help with trying to getting a law suit started. Thanks,
