Paid for 1 day shipping on an item on the 19th and the item didn't arrive until 4 days later (23rd). Your company even admits to shipping it 2 day on accident then lied about sending it out 1 day shipping the next day. Now you refuse to accept a return and refund me. Bad business for sure. This will go on every internet site I can find about your company including Ripoff report. Thanks for bad service

Aug 20th

Me:  I paid for 1 day shipping and I did not get a tracking number today, I need this tomorrow thatt is why I paid a huge premium for shipping.

Seller: There is a tracking number but we didnt realize it was upgraded shipping. It says priority express which for usps would be 2 day shipping.

Me: 

I paid specifically for 1 day. USPS Priority Mail Express

  Seller: Ok let me check on this tomorrow.   Me:I promised him Tuesday,Wednesday the absolute latest. Thats why I searched google for a company that offered the part and 1 day shipping.   Seller: Ok I will see if they picked it up today or not. Either way Ill go to the post office and get one out   Me: Thank you   21st  Seller send photo of USPS invoice for Express shipping by 3pm on the 22nd. Reciept shows a money back guarantee if it is not delivered by the 22nd.    22nd: No delivery at all  Me: Well, no package. I paid for 1 day shipping for this to be here Tuesday. Please refund my shipping.   23rd:  Seller: Ok give me a bit the person that does that comes in after noon. I spoke with USPS consumer affairs on this and they were basically oh well on the situation. But you can see on the receipt that it said it would be there by 3 pm yesterday.   No response.    I receive the package and the item is not even the correct item.    Seller claims it is and is now in responsive.    He will not allow a return or refund me for the shipping that I never received.    USPS is refunding him for the shipping, so not only does he have the refund for shipping, but he has my full payment.    PayPal case opened adn he escalates it with no response.    Worst compnay ever.
