Complaint Review: Joseph Freight Services - Houston Texas

 I had Hired Joseph freight services Owner Rolando Montero & Edgar Sosa I planned a move over a year ago and my move was was quoted and set for $7,000 pluse the $1500 for the shippment of my mini van to be put on a cargo ship in its own container, joseph freight put 25% of my furnitre and belongings on the truck and then they changed the set price to $9000 then told me they cant take the things off the truck and I have to pay it because they will keep it! so i was scared and home alone I am a mom of 5 children.

One hour later they went to $10,500 !!! then another 30 min it was up to 12,500 !!! I started to cry and the started speaking in spanish again then told me they will help me out so they put it back to $10,500 not the oraginal price, I told them just take my things off the truck and they said i would lose everything. then the mover from Joseph Freight service asked me to buy them lunch because they were hungrey.

so i went to mc donalds and purchase value meals and two cases of water from target and cans of soda per their request so they can work properly, they took 6 30 min breaks and they were asking me how much is this and how much is that and begging for my furniture and iteams and pressuring me into giving them some goods and furniture.

they also said God dont want me to keep all my material things and I was spoiled! and have to many nice things and his wife has nothing and i need to give away my things that i worked 20 yrs for.

it took them 4 days to finish the move because they keep takeing brakes and watching my flat screen ect... this was my first move international I moved to belize where my husband was waiting for me and the children even my husband got on the phone and asked them to stop the behavior.

Joseph frieight service owner Rolando Montero stated he dont listen to women and he dont have to answer to me? he then lied and drove my mini van to belize! from chicago it never got on the cargo shipment he gave it to a family member and they all got in my van and drove it put over 2000 miles on my car and stole all my brand new tires that was only a few ddays old.

they also took the grill off my mini van and the whole engine is exposed! and they broke it so my car is stuck at the mexico border for the last 45 days dead! so i lost my mini van 2009 dodge grand carvan. my furniture was 18 days late to belize and when it did get here 30% was grossly broken and destroyed!

and another 30% did not even make it on the shipping container we have no idea where it is and the other 40% is stolen and know where to be found. also a worker saw Joseph freight at customes cutting open my boxes and removing things other boxes with other people names on them? and retapeing my boxes. I lost 2 flat screens my whole bedroom set my clothes they even stole $1200 in MAC makeup! also a five gallon bucket of paint busted in the container that was not mine and was all over my things that showed up? grey paint.

they tell me sorry its not our fault joseph freight service owner rolando montero stated he will find my things when he feel like it I as a women need to be put in my place Quote from rolando. my lost is well over 15,000 in furniture car and goods thanks alot Belize for not helping, Rolando montero has a family member in goverment and he feels he can do what he want also I paid for my own private container and they mixed all mythings up with 30 other people. Americans get treated like crap in Belize Im going to call The United States Embassy
