International Alliance of Grant Writers & Nonprofit Consultants IAOGWANC Jorea McNamee-Blount .. evil, twisted, manipulating and perverse woman *UPDATE in jail
Jorea Blount while acting as the CEO for a Non-profit corporation she calls International Alliance of Grant writers and Nonprofit Consultants (IAOGWANC) formed a subordinate called Volunteer Center of Northwest Louisiana, an organization that was to help young under privileged and disadvantaged children learn computer skills. To achieve this goal Ms. Blount who claims to be a PhD, obtained computers and accessories under grant from PowerUp. http://www.powerup.org Under contract she was to use this equipment for a period of 3 years. However, within 30 days of receiving the computers, Ms. Blount using an alias was advertising them for sale on EBAY.

This is how I had the displeasure of dealing with her. In good faith I sent her money to purchase 10 complete computers and she only sent me 3. Immediately I attempted to call her but she had disconnected her phone so I sent faxes and emails until she responded. As she operated under the names Catheryne Delaney, Catheryne Blount, Jorea McNamee and Jorea McNamee-Blount and claiming to have a PhD she was very easy to track down on the internet. Searching Catheryne Delaney I was taken to: www.nonprofitmanagement.edu where both Catheryne Delaney and Jorea McNamee Blount are listed as STAFF. Further search took me to: www.iaogwnc.org the home of International Alliance of Grant writers and Nonprofit Consultants (IAOGWANC) during my earliest visits to this site Jorea Blount was listed as CEO/President.
It was also interesting to learn that after Jorea closed her operation in Shreveport, LA she drifted back to Dallas, TX and attempted to open a similar scam called Hands on Dallas- Ft. Worth and claiming to be part of City Cares.
Her site www.dfw-cares.org is now directed to www.iaogwanc.org which she recently changed to appear as if they were located in Washington DC.
As of this date IAOGWANC, Jorea McNamee-Blount AKA Catheryne Delaney et al owe be 7 Gateway 700 computers or the refund of $3150.00. I can easily deal with the loss and hopefully I will get to see the infamous Dr. Blount receive her just reward. I do hope the poor youngsters of Shreveport, LA will have opportunities to learn computer skills from reputable organizations in the future.
This is an evil, twisted, manipulating and perverse woman who has contacted my web host and accused me of sending racial and sexual hate mail. She threatened to file suit against them for forwarding the mail. Real bright PhD here folks as my web host company never did handle my email. She fabricated documents and forgot to create a header or return address.
I feel sorry for her and truly believe she needs professional help.
