Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I used AT&T roadside assistance i have never been sent a card or had my price drop from the 5$ something price. i have had this service since its inception and only used it once.

Here is my experience:

My cars fuel pump went out it was about 57 degrees in tarrant county, i was in shorts it was about 320am. So i called the roadside assitance from AT&T they told me yes they had free towing and would get right on providing one of their many providers in the area.(Tarrant county is about half the size of ct.) they said they would get right back to me. so about half an hour went by so i called back they said they had 10 providers in the area.

They gave me the list of names i called two of them one said heck no we dont tow for them they dont pay enough (this is a 17 mile tow), the other said we dont have them on our list so i called back the young lady and relayed the message, she told me she would see if she could add the one.

She called back and said i would need to wait an hour unil more of their providers open for business, So i waited until 5 am called back got Jacob who told me that he was going to see about adding a wrecker service. I called the tow company they informed me they where waiting for a call back after he spoke to me. So it is know about 530am i am freezing, i call Jacob he says they will tow me but the max they pay is 50$ i would have to pay $80 (they charged my card 85$) i agreed. Their web site says $75 max benifit

So about 630am the wrecker shows up i got home about 715am I think in the future i will sign up with AAA and actually get towed they do not have the same vendors and they pay them for their work.
