Also, I've noticed that your product was reshipped on Oct 23rd. This means even though you received a refund, your Power4Home product was reshipped to Jamaica, free of charge. Your farmers in Jamaica should be receiving their product in the next couple weeks.

Just so they can identify me, my name is Faheemah; I live in London UK and purchased Power4Home System (Order No. 8RDCFEBS) for 39.37 (33.94 plus 5.43 for Handling & Shipping) on 14th August 2012. As of today, 24th October 2012 this has not been delivered to Manchester, Jamaica, West Indies as instructed - despite my numerous complaints.

I purchased the information as we are setting up a not-for-profit eco-farm project to support Jamaican farmers and want to go off-grid.

Mr John Russel, creator of Power4Home threatens to "spit in the faces of thieves, crooks and liars sucking money out of your pockets" in his video at www.power4home.com/System. I would however urge Mr Russel not to take money out of my pocket and not to spit in the faces of hard-working Jamaican farmers.

I would be thankful to readers who would kindly contact Power4Home or John Russel on my behalf. Please ask them to stop hurting Third World farmers and either immediately return my 39.37 in full or inform me when the Jamaicans can expect to receive Order No. 8RDCFEBS.

I bought their DVD in hopes to build a solar system for my home (or at least learn something). They also claim to help you get started in a business of some sort (sounds good!) I bought the whole thing (basic package and the "premium" package) I got my DVD in the mail a few days later. Eager to get started I played it immediately! I didn't find ANYTHING that was useful in the PDF style DVD. They went into great detail on how to build a wooden box! Nothing about how to build a system correctly! They didn't even show how to mount to the roof (except for a guy standing on the roof with a drill in his hand!)
After my disappointment, I immediately requested a refund (60 day trial with FULL refund)I had to send the DVD back with a bunch of records of my purchase (I guess they don't have any?). I did all this. I got a partial refund, and I have been e-mailing them, opening requests, I even called, They said "no problem" getting my FULL refund. Now they tell me there's no record of my sending the product back to them (stalling) I'm at my end..........My patience is running out. I've decided to use the internet to warn others of thier scam. It's really sad that this is what they have to do to earn a living...

I'm sure you have had a poor personal experience.
Pay attention to the precise wording.
There are many "ifs" in the sales pitch.

   I was recently viewing the profile of a friend on a dating site, when a Power4home ad slithered in like a snake. So, wanting to save money on my power bills, I checked out the ad. I suspected that it was fraudulent all along. But when I saw the picture of the windmill that supposedly could be built for $50, I laughed very well. As a handyman, I am well aware of the astronomical prices being charged for building materials these days. To suggest to any rational person that a windmill that will save you money can be built, (even if you could obtain a building permit from your local gov.), for $50 is highly insulting. You can barely buy a carton of cigarettes for $50. Anyone who thinks that they are going to build a money making windmill for $50, needs to secure a little bit of common sense. These scammers belong in jail. But just remember that any information that is being sold, can be found in google searches for free! Don't be taken in by the scams! 

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, I would dispute the charges.
