Mr. Erick Kaluza Drzewowski from France has applied with our company over our website http://www.offshore-services.biz and has been in contact with me over e-mail and chat since 4th October 2005 up to 29th July 2007. Our company did not provide incorporation of Panamanian corporation to Mr. Erick Kaluza Drzewowski, nor we have ever issued any invoice for Panamanian corporation or other company in offshore jurisdictions to him. We have provided solutions to some of connected companies to him, but those solutions are not offshore company formation as he claims. We did not reveal any confidential information. Further, Thetabiz Offshore Services complies with the strict rules of privacy and confidentiality for our clients and none of our clients have been compromised ever with the offshore company structure. Lunatic claims by Mr. Kaluza-Drzewowski are unfounded and very probably origin by our rejection of his proposal that we act as intermediary for his business partner from France. As our Thetabiz Group does not accept individuals, clients or agents which are not legal or do questionable or immoral actions, we have decided back in 2007 not to provide new clients to the financial company that Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski has asked for. His "ripoff report" thus do not originate from founded and provable facts, but from personal weakness. Unfounded statements by Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski are completely wrong: - We do keep strict privacy and confidentiality; if Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski has evidence that we did not keep strict privacy and confidentiality of our clients, he is asked to prove so within next 7 days, starting from 21st September 2008; otherwise we will be forced to do legal and protective actions against his statements; and will update this report with the new situation; - I am not fake Scientologist; and because we have found out that Mr. Erik Kaluza-Drzewowski is actually fake Scientologist (which we found out in the business relation) we have refused to work with him and he has felt personal weakness. We do not want to risk to work in financial industry with untrusted person as Mr. Kaluza-Drzewowski; he is fake Scientologist and currently declared as Suppressive Person which would mean that nobody should trust such a person; - Our company is an independent company and is not connected to Church of Scientology; It is true that we support the Humanitarian Organizations of some of which are sponzored or Founded by the Church of Scientology, however, that is our own choice to support any non-profit organization which benefit other people or groups and which benefit our business; thousands of other organizations supports the foundations such as The Way to Happiness http://www.twth.org including Mr. Bill Clinton and governers of various States in the US. That does not mean that States are Scientology organization. We will support any group which helps the society and we will always write report if we find wrongfull statements; - Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski from Paris, France, has actually made report on various organizations and companies and due to personal weakness; those other organizations are not our organizations and we are not connected withthem and do not have any business relation; - Our organization is THETABIZ S.A. formerly called THETAWORLD CORPORATION; - Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski has applied with us for few times under different names representing himself wrongly with bad intentions; - WE HANDLE ALL DATA ABSOLUTE AND 100% DISCREET! However, we keep our data confidential and not data from third parties. Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski is working with the companies which are public companies in France, Panama and other countries and he cannot expect that third parties, which are not our company, keep his informations confidential if he does not have agreement with such third parties for that purpose. - Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski has been continually advertising his services and asking for new clients and have misused the clients we gave to him. For that reason we have quite our business relation with him. He did not disclose to us that he was criminal person. - Mr. Erick Kaluza-Drzewowski does not keep the informations confidential and we will make a report on him and his connected companies.
