Claimed to have compliant marketing leads. Wire was sent, marketing leads were not. Finally four days later a file was sent that was complete crap. What was supposed to have been sent was not paid. Complaints filed with the FTC. FDIC, and IC3. Apparently I am not the first person he has done this too.
