Joel Mottinger Creative Mouse Joel Mottinger agreed to build a comprehensive website He took our money, sat on it for 5 months, then sent us a free phpbb download He said he would send a refund, but has not We are out our money and Joel has failed to deliver his part of the bargain This guy is a total fraud Portland Oregon
Joel Mottinger was hired to build a website, took our money and gave nothing in return. Five months after we signed the contract, he finally sent a free phpbb template with minimal modifications. I told him it was unacceptable and he said he would refund the money. Not surprisingly, he hasn't sent any refund. We are out the money and he hasn't help up his end of the bargain. Joel even blamed the delay in production on a fire in their offices. A claim his local fire department could not verify.
Don't hire Joel Mottinger. I wish I would not have!

If you are looking to find Mr. Mottinger to resolve your dispute, I have listed where he can be found below. Read on. ------------------------ Mr. Mottinger is now involved in running an underground, members only review site. He is the admin for TNAB, which is a site that reviews escorts and street hookers. He is a nasty rude man and not to be trusted. If he owes you money he can be reached by email or phone. He has moved from Portland and now lives near Seattle, Washington. email: [email protected] phone: 503 206 1884 He claims to be a "hacker" and has maid a few threats on exposing members ID unless they do as he wants. On the site he goes by the name "B9Tumor". This is not a person that you would ever hire for any work. I have personal experience with Joel screwing people over. My company did three projects for him and never got paid. He tried to get me to give him copies of everything at one point by issuing a partial payment. I called the bank before cashing the check and found that it had been issued from an account closed 6 months prior. The bank spokesman I talked with said to report him to the police because he'd been writing a lot of bad checks. I called him on it. He said it wasn't true and that he would resolve it, but then he disappeared. Clients who had given him money were able to contact their credit card companies and get charges reversed. When I originally started working with Joel, he said he'd had some problems in the past and that things were ok now. It's not. He obviously hasn't changed his behavior. Worst of all, he's still running around doing this to others. Last I saw he was trying to do this under jdportfolio.com.
