My mother purchased a pool in Sept of 2001. She had it professionally installed May 7, 02.

On July 3, 2003 the bottom liner seam seperated. I brought the damaged piece of liner to Joe Ordini's to have it replaces as it was a factory defect. (As told to me by the professional instaler that put the pool in) The liner had a factory guarantee of 20 years.

As I waited on line to resolve my complaint Mr Ordini was yelling at one customer and his office manager wife was yelling at another. I knew I was in trouble.

When I told them my story and showed them the damages liner she told me that it was my fault and yelling started. She and her owner husband yelled at my husband and myself for 20 minutes. They said it was my fault then the instalers fault until they relised that the instaler was one of there own. I left the damaged liner there to have them talk to the instaler.

I returned 1 day later with my mother to pick up the damaged liner and leave knowing that I was not going to get any satasfaction let alone a new liner. Doris the wife and office manager would not give back the damaged liner stating that it was EVENENCE as I told them I would talk them to court.

I had to call the Paterson police to have it returned to me. There was more yelling that flowed into the parking lot. They were both yellin and calling my 71 year old mother a lier. I had to step im and the yelling olny got lower. The people from the next building were on the fence watching. They could not beleive it when I wnt over to them.

I have had to purchase another liner from anoher company of course and pay to have the new liner installed.

To this date I have not heard anything from Joe Ordini's place and dont expect to, I will however see them in court with all the paperwork the warranty and the damaged liner.

Dont do business with Joe Ordinis Pool service. Jersey Chemical is 2 doors down and are very nice people.

Old complaints regarding retired employees should be answered.

Anyone who has visited the Paterson store in the past two years knows that the bad stories about customer abuse stopped there.  Today, the store is bright, clean and the employees helpful and more than friendly. 

I suggest that anyone come in to shop us - the prices cannot be beat, and you will see why this 2003 story is less than accurate.

Secondly, liners are very tempermental things.  We give new liners more than anyone, and if the hole is not in the seam, it is not under warranty.

I fully Agree with Debe from NJ, REf: to Mr. Joe Ordini rip off, I went through the same thing back in 1996, fighting match and all. It never led outside as Debe's did, though they would have never done such a thing, cause the buck would have stoped right there, They treated me as if i did not know one thing as to what my complaint was about, They yelled at me and avoided the complaint, to this Day I have never steped foot in there store and know for a fact! that they have lost many clints from my complaint. not only are they unprofessional! they treat there employers like morons! Mr. Ordini you should be ashamed of yourself, Your Job was to find the facts out and be professinal about the situation. NOW, you have 2 complaints againt you, never knew there was a site to do this, TRUST me! i would send this out like wild flower...maybe even to you!
