Old complaints regarding retired employees should be answered.
Anyone who has visited the Paterson store in the past two years knows that the bad stories about customer abuse stopped there. Today, the store is bright, clean and the employees helpful and more than friendly.
I suggest that anyone come in to shop us - the prices cannot be beat, and you will see why this 2003 story is less than accurate.
Secondly, liners are very tempermental things. We give new liners more than anyone, and if the hole is not in the seam, it is not under warranty.

I fully Agree with Debe from NJ, REf: to Mr. Joe Ordini rip off, I went through the same thing back in 1996, fighting match and all. It never led outside as Debe's did, though they would have never done such a thing, cause the buck would have stoped right there, They treated me as if i did not know one thing as to what my complaint was about, They yelled at me and avoided the complaint, to this Day I have never steped foot in there store and know for a fact! that they have lost many clints from my complaint. not only are they unprofessional! they treat there employers like morons! Mr. Ordini you should be ashamed of yourself, Your Job was to find the facts out and be professinal about the situation. NOW, you have 2 complaints againt you, never knew there was a site to do this, TRUST me! i would send this out like wild flower...maybe even to you!
