Joe Mullen contacts people on Craigslist that are home owners in need of repair. He shows up creates fake problems that he tells you that you have to fix. He always needs cash upfront and he always shows up with a fake or used part that he pretends to Install (it's usually just your old part that he took out while you weren't looking) He has done this to over 20 people in pittsburgh and collects upfront deposits for work that he has done which has totaled over $200,000. If you have been defrauded by him, please contact me via rip off report. We are al coming together against him to bring him down. He is known to flea to Florida as well.
