JMW Financial Services deceptive practices, ripoff causing overdrawn fees, lied about cancelling Mesa Arizona
This company conned my minor son into giving them a postdated check thinking he was going to get a job. He immediately called the company back and was told the check would be cancelled and not cashed. The check, of course, WAS cashed the next day which caused $63 of overdrawn fees.
He was told he would get a refund since the check was cashed in error. The employee told him that she had put the check into the wrong pile. All he had to do was to return the package unopened.
Well, the package finally turned up on October 23, 2003, well over a month later. I returned the package UNOPENED in a package via certified mail with return receipt requested. I have the return receipt, but still have no response whatsoever from this 'company'.
My son sent them a letter via certified mail with return receipt requested last month once again requesting refund of his money. We have the return receipt for that letter also. It was signed by Stacy Graham on January 20, 2004. And we still have not heard from the company.
