08/01/2018 Back in October of 2017 I purchased a Flying Bear Tornado 3D printer from 3D Printers Bay, a little over a month later the package arrived. Excited to test the new printer I began assembling the printer to the instructions online. Everything went as described in their instructions but once I powered it up the printer would not function properly. Immediately I contacted 3D Printer Bay for information on what could be wrong, this lead to no responses received to date. The next step would be to contact the supplier Flying Bear. This went without any communication for months. Still trying to gain the attention of the supplier i went on any site that i possibly could to provide a review of the machine. None of my reviews were displayed. While waiting for communication from Flying Bear; extra electrical components were purchased. None of these seemed to fix the issues that this 3D Printer was plauged with. Finally i contacted PayPal to open up an investigation with them. This immediately got their attention. They replied to my previous email with an excuse that they were all on an extremely long holiday vacation and that is why i had no responses. I worked with Flying Bear for the majority of 2 months with little support from them besides them insisting that they will fix my issues. At the end of the PayPal case they awarded me a full refund with one condition, i had to ship the printer back to them. This would have been a huge win in my books but shipping would have costed almost $900, still leaving me with a loss of money.
It has now been a few more months of working on the printer and purchasing extra replacement parts from their store and nothing seems to work. Please save yourself and do not purchase any products from Flying Bear, unless you really like to waste money and time on garbage.
