Jim Fennelly, Hire Quality Restorations Jim Fennelly started the job, took all the money for the job and never returned to complete the job. He never answered a text, phone call or email. Windham New Hampshire
Jim Fennelly came into my condo to provide an estimate and he marked up the hall, dirty finger prints all over the walls and ceiling. He told me not to worry about it because he will fix it all before he is done. He came back without his partner Sean - claimed traffic issues ALL DAY- and didn’t get a thing done. So he returned the next week and started the job, only to find out that they cut into the ceiling and now needed a bigger cover for the damage they created. As well, they didn’t bring other materials that they should have had with them. Jim told me that he thinks I should buy the best light switch operators so is that higher price ok with me. I said fine and I paid the gentleman in full up front. I know- HUGE MISTAKE- for the entire job. However I trusted him and Sean and had already given them referrals and let them know that I will promote their services throughout the condo building. Well, Jim canceled and didn’t show up repeatedly. Excuse after excuse. None of which I believed. Next he stopped answering my calls or texts. It’s pretty ironic because when he wanted the job from me, he sent me an email, followed up with a text and a phone call. His practices are sleezy and unprofessional. Jim has taken my money and ran. The job is half completed. I now need to hire and pay someone to clean up his mess, purchase all the materials and complete the entire job. DO NOT HIRE JIM FENNELLY. YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY REGRETFUL.
