Jiffy Lube International #773 machanics want to be (P) for brains-rippof Houston Texas
On the 15th of May,2005 I took service truck for service.
I had taken my truck for it's oil changed and transmission service. I was the only customer in the service bay upon arrival and the last of 4 to leave. My oil change was done but my transmission line was ruined in return. The want to be mechanic for got wich way to turn the wrench to loosen the line, instead he tighten it and now my line hangs down low and it,s loose. Spoke with W. Williams and had him stop any further damage on transmission. My ball joints where not grease nor any inspections of fluids. Let me tell you how bad they are, they also marked that my windshield wipers where ok. They are far from being ok, I would do better my using my hand as wiper blade. Before I wrote a company check I sat down and wrote down all my problems on there original invoice. I also explained to W.Willians what I had written and all he could say was OK. I spoke with the regional manager Jim Hamilton twice. The first time he said he would have the manager call me. 2 weeks later I spoke with me and said the same thing. It has been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for that call.
