may 26 2014 my mother aged 94 at the time had erroneously trusted a neighbor along with her twin sister by giving her, mary spears the neibor access to her fortune amounting to around a million. i rushed from california to work on putting our family in charge of our family only to discover the entire jewish family services agency had turned against me to the tune of a group of lawyers against me my mothers only daughter. i hired an attorney who has accomplished almost nothing and its going to court for me to continue to fight for guardianship next month. I NEED HELP

Who had Power of Attorney (medical and legal)??? If none was established then you are out of luck. PLUS your report is so poorly written I have a not a clue about what you are ranting about. Hire a probate lawyer but if your mother gave the POA then you will have to fight it in court.
ALSO how come your mother was in another state than yours???
