Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is like a virus once they latch on to you. My wife tried to cancel her plan with them and they continued to send new jewelry even after she canceled. I called on her behalf and got some serious double talk from their representatives. They first told me she only canceled one plan she had with them. When she requested to cancel her account they never offered the information that she had a second account.

I asked a supervisor to fax me information about both accounts and she had the nerve to tell me it was not possible to fax that info. In today's business environment I find it very hard to believe that a company would not have a fax machine when an individual would have one in their home.

I asked the supervisor if she had a record of the call canceling the account on Jan. 31 2009 and she told me she did. My wife received a duplicate piece of jewelry on the 26th of Feb 2009. The supervisor told me the account was canceled on Jan 31 2009 and the duplicate piece was shipped out on Feb 2 2009. You don't have to be a mathematician to figure out that the duplicate piece was sent out after the account was closed..

To top it all off they are making us pay return postage to send back the item. We pay $1.34 to ship it back first class mail and they charge $4.99 to send it to her bulk postage rate. Hmmmm! Seems they make a profit on the postage as well. If you can avoid them it would be to your benefit. IMHO they are crooks! I run an Internet business of my own and if I treated my customers that way I wouldn't have them as customers for long.

I also recorded the entire conversation for my own protection and for training for my own employees. I would never want one of my employees to treat a customer they way JSP treated us. I let them know that if any further shipments showed up in our mailbox that they would be considered as a gift and that the card they were charging them to has been instructed that if they add any further charges from JSP that we refuse to pay those charges. That conversation was also recorded and took place with Fashion Bug who holds the card. These people give legitimate business a bad connotation.
