Jetz Service Company their washers and dryers keep taking my quarters and when the thing which holds the money is full,it will not give me my money back.I put in 8 quarters and it still said 25 cents meaning it needed 25 more cents but it costs 1.75 Topeka Kansas
I live in an apartment complex with Jetz washers/dryers but I have lost money so many times and had to call them.The washers cost 1.75 so when I put 2.00 dollars in the washer still said I owed them 25 cents.It does that when the machine will not take anymore coins or record the readings so I could continue to put quarters in and it would still say 25 cents.So I had to take my wash and put it in another washer but the washer does not give me back my quarters so I had to go get more.Why doesn't Jetz make their machines so a light will come on meaning no more money in that one it is full? Just like a pop machine if it is out of a certain soda a red light will come on.This is the 4th time this has happened!!15:26:34
