Complaint Review: JEANNIE KERNS - INTERNET Select State/Province

All you people quit telling stories and get a life. This woman is outstanding and does more than anyone I know in this business. You people talking all of this bs are drama kings and queens and from the reports anyone that works with her knows that she is there and will answer all questions asked she will even tell you how to do something most people will charge you for. Leave her alone and go bother other people which I am sure you all do. 

I am a victim of Jeannie as well.  She is a pathological liar who has excuses to last.  I have filed a police report in my county, her county, complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency in multiple states, and with the BBB.  Please do all of that so that word will get around.  She only continues to do it because people go to her for business.  She has no remorse but multiple excuses.  She has no fear.  If enough complaints are filed then it has to stop.  That is my advice.  I would love for some of you to reach out to me so that can make a stronger case.

Whoever is writing this about me charging more is just full of it. My prices have been the same for years. They have NEVER ever ever changed, and I NEVER charge anyone anymore than what is on my site. The only time there is a price difference is when there is a sale, and its for less not more. I also do NOT take people's money. If there is an issue all anyone has to do is ask for a refund, and I am more than happy to give them one. All this is, is someone who got something, did not follow instructions (and funny thing is, I give FREE REDOs even when the client messes it up) and is pissed off. That is all this is.. Enjoy your drama, I want no part of it.

I contacted Jeannie from an ad that she placed on Atlanta Craigslist for CPN numbers. She is very shady, she tried to charge me more than her ad stated and when I questioned her about it she said that the pricing in the ad was only for that day although the ad didn't mention anything about that being a special or promotion. It was my fault for doing business with her after that but I needed a CPN really quickly. She issued me a CPN that immediately came back with a fraud alert. I also received letters from Capital One and Kay Jewelers stating that they could not extend credit to me because they were unable to verify the social security number provided. She promised me that she would issue a refund but she never did. The best advice I can give is to not do business with her period but if you are finding this after already being ripped off then I would suggest disputing the charge with your bank, you'll get your money back and she wil have to pay a fee for the chargeback. 

I have NEVER sent anything to any of my clients from an attorney general... If I have, please upload the screenshot showing I sent it..

Also ONCE AGAIN.. YES I offered a 3rd party loan and completely screwed myself on it... I admit it YES. But I would never keep peoples money.. NOT EVER !! That is why I have a merchant account. I do not ever do wires or money paks because of that reason..!! So stop slandering me and writing lies... And do not mention my children again or I will file a slander suit faster than you can spell it. 

Now Jeannie is sending out fake Attorney General emails saying "you have been a victim of a crime and u must register with "VNS" Victim Notification Systems. .. This chick ( or could be a male pretending to be a woman. Who knows???) is insane!!! Total Ripoff!!! She kept everybody's money!!!!

Jeannie told me she has 5 children? I don't believe she has any children....she is a pathological liar who tells one story after another. The paperwork she sent was created from her. Now she is giving out some made up persons email address and information....The email link she is using is a personal email service not an actual company. If you google the Mark Campo person she is referring to he is a dentist out of Texas. If you call the credit union she alleges the funding was coming from; the name was altered to California Coastal instead of California Coast. There is not California Coastal Credit Union. Don't trust her at all. I am really concerned about the fact that she provides tax services. Is she selling the information of the people she is providing these servicces too as well? Is that where she is getting her CPN numbers from? She's a con-artist. 

Beware of her CPNs....She is using deceased individuals SSNs and children. Social security validator will show you that. One of my clients had the police come to her house because of the use of a deceased person's social security number. Do not use her CPN service either. Beware!!!! She is a TOTAL scam artist.
