J.D.Marvel Products Inc. ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Champlain, New York
I did not use my usuaul insight about this company because the product I was ordering was not very expensive but we did want to try it to see if it would improve the quality.
Our order was on April 8th and after 4 email inquiries with no reply I phoned and was talk to very rude and the person in (customer service) would not connect me to a superviser. He said they would contact me but after five trys myself why would I think they would return my phone call. So far I have not received the product, any satification from the e-mail's and certainly none on the phone.
I think these Sunday news papers that take the ads from these kind of companies should do futher checking into what kind of scam artist they are dealing with before they put the ads in the papers that millions of people get every weekend.
