We have several clients which we act as their accountant for which our clients has done business with this firm and for which based upon clientle statements have either failed to received their merchandise ordered or that of any refund for advanced funds.
Example:
One such client resently remitted an order and payment of $72.93 for two foot stools in November 30, 2002
And on January 15, 2003 was our client was told that such merchandise will be shipped shortly.
And as of May 23, 2003 have yet to have received it and have asked for a full refund yet to been refunded
If a merchant can not readily gain access to ordered merchandise from their supplier's within a reason period of time, one clearly arrives at such merchants intent and should question such merchants motives as being misleading should one not be honest enough to be forthright
